Job Description

1. Assist management with schedule coordination, meeting preparation, document organization, daily reception, and other basic administrative tasks;

2. Assist with translation of materials related to the General Manager’s Office, school reports, and preparation of basic documents;

3. Organize internal meetings, translate materials, consolidate documents, prepare minutes, and manage follow-up actions;

4. Draft, proofread, and circulate routine correspondence and reports;

5. Handle routine external communications and basic reception duties;

6. Provide interpretation support for meetings between departments and the General Manager;

7. Assist the General Manager’s Assistant in planning and executing company-level meetings, such as board meetings, shareholders’ meetings, and strategy sessions;

8. Other tasks assigned by the Management and the General Manager's Assistant.

Job Requirements

1. Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills: able to respond quickly and complete assigned tasks thoroughly with attention to detail;

2. Strong service awareness, meticulous and responsible;

3. Information processing and priority management skills: able to handle multiple tasks, with excellent ability in efficiently collecting, organizing, and summarizing information, accurately assessing task priority and importance, and arranging execution order appropriately;

4. Proficient in using Office applications (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.);

5. Proficient in Japanese, JLPT N1 or equivalent business proficiency, with excellent Chinese-Japanese interpretation skills for daily and business scenarios;

6. Undergraduate degree or above, major not limited (preferred majors include Japanese, secretarial, management, or business-related fields);

7. Maintain a good professional image and demonstrate professional conduct;

Recent graduates are welcome, as well as those with 1-3 years of outstanding experience in administrative support, translation, or executive assistant roles.
