1. Design of electrical schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and electrical component selection for semiconductor industry process handling robotic integrated equipment (EFEM/SORTER/Vacuum platform/Motion controller);
2. Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical support, communicate with customers to identify their needs, and formulate solutions;
3. Collaborate with software design and mechanical design teams on technical project research and development parameters;
4. Provide technical support related to production and after-sales services;
5. Conduct training and provide guidance for new employees;
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Mechatronics Integration, Electronics, Electrical Automation, or related fields;
2. Propose mechatronic design architecture and implementation plans based on system functional requirements;
3. Over 3 years of experience in electrical design, including at least 1 year in product development of low-voltage mechatronic and control products;
4. Proficient in electronic technology, computer technology, fundamentals of electrical engineering, electronic and electrical equipment theory, as well as automatic control technology and skills;
5. Proficient in Electrical drawing skills, familiar with relevant engineering design and drafting software (skilled in CAD; Solidworks Electrical preferred;
Eplan or Elecworks also acceptable);
6. Skilled in PLC programming, familiar with common servo and communication protocols; candidates with experience in Yaskawa servo and motion controllers will be preferred;
7. Knowledgeable about Electrical Design standards, with preference for familiarity with SEMI standards;
8. Strong technical English reading skills; proficient in office software;
9. Cheerful, hardworking, team-oriented, and able to handle work pressure;
The following are bonus qualifications:
10. Experience in electrical design of electrified products and equipment in the semiconductor industry; experience with semiconductor-related products or robots is preferred.
