1. Research and Development work based on the product line;

2. Efficient data management to establish systematic control;

3. Assist the product line Research and Development department in design, verification, and optimizing efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Major in computer network communication or software engineering, undergraduate degree or above (preference for Project 985/211 universities);

2. Proficient in using VS programming software;

3. Skilled in C# or C++ programming;

4. Familiar with database programming;

5. Familiarity with communication networks is preferred;

6. Familiarity with WPF development is preferred;

7. Capable of handling assigned development tasks and solving technical problems.

Experience requirements:

1. Three or more years of programming experience, preferably engaged in semiconductor transmission equipment, especially software networking, database, or architecture R&D design;

2. Independently or collaboratively involved in project development related to logic control or UI design;

3. Candidates skilled in creating flowcharts and developing task sheets or operation manuals and other related documentation are preferred.

4. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, responsible, quick learner, able to handle pressure, hardworking, and passionate about the semiconductor industry.

5. Graduates from 985 or Project 211 universities are preferred.

6. Preference will be given to candidates who have received national or provincial-level special program recognitions.
